This is the Alexander Reynolds I picked up for 50 bucks at the Spring 2011 Old School Mini Bike show. Check thier website for next years big show, I spoke to them and they may be having a fall show. You can contact them at Mathison Supply 734.522.5833,and their address is 28243 Plymouth Road. They have a great shop there and sell everything you need for minibikes or go karts and their prices are as low as buying online. Plus, you are helping a small local business with a real brick and mortar building.
This was a great deal! The bike came with everything you see in the picture.
I pulled the bike completely apart and bolted the frame to an old table leaf atop some sawhorses to keep it from moving around while I leaned in to it with my trusty Dewalt Sander with a wire brush on it.
A shot of the finished frame
It's a really good looking motor, and the bike would scream with this on it but it is destined for my Kart. I will update this page when I get the clutch, chain, brakes, throttle grips, etc... The 35 dollar bike will be going first. As it sits though, without the motor, I have the following into the bike:
50.00 purchase price
12.00 for paint, primer, clear, sandpaper and other misc. items.
62.00 aint too shabby huh?
